Who we are
Sustinplas Europe is a new consulting company with offices based in Germany (Frankfurt) which main purpose is to develop the business of our customers considering the sustainability trends and the new enrinomental plastic regulations in Europe.
Our initial focus is to advise medium size companies to take advantage of the plastic industry regulations, adapt their product, technology, market focus, supply chain and to build strategic alliances. Although our company is new, we are building on a very long professional experience as well as the most UpToDate academic knowledge in the field of sustainability. We believe that our expertise can be useful to our client to develop their business successfully and take advantage of the disruptive evolution of the European plastic industry.

Founder
Pierre Juan brings over 30 years of executive experience in technology, sales, and marketing leadership roles within five of the world’s largest chemical suppliers (LYB, Dow chemical, BASF, Ineos, LG Chem) and most recently as senior innovation manager at kp for packaging films.
In the past five years, Pierre has worked as an internal consultant for Ineos-Styrolution and LG Chem Europe, playing a pivotal role in crafting innovation strategies to address sustainability goals and align with EU regulations i.e. PPWR; ELV; WEEE. His expertise encompasses a broad range of plastic families, including PP, PE, ABS, PA and bio-based plastics, as well as diverse industries such as packaging, automotive, appliances, and construction.

Dr. Suman Sen brings over 12 years of expertise in the chemical sustainability sector. For the past eight years, he has collaborated with leading players in the chemical industry to drive sustainability and circular business growth strategies aimed at reducing greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, including establishing innovations in plastics recycling, renewable materials and chemicals, as well as green hydrogen (H2) and eSAF (sustainable aviation fuel) ventures. These efforts have contributed to the profitable growth of its clients through strategic alliances with EMEA partners and mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
He also contributed to the advancement of ESG standards through voluntary involvement with EFRAG-CSRD and ISSB.
